ABATE of Arizona, the state’s largest Motorcycle Rights Organization, is looking for sponsorships and vendors at our 31st Annual TOO BROKE FOR STURGIS Motorcycle Rally Thursday, June 9th – 12th. It’ll be held at Mormon Lake Lodge Resort & Campground (south of Flagstaff AZ).
ABATE of Arizona’s TOO BROKE FOR STURGIS is a nationally recognized top ten non-profit motorcycle rally. Our typical rally attendance is around 1500. Our rally offers participants three nights of entertainment, bike/people games, walking and riding poker runs, and other events. Vendor(merchandise) booths start at $200 (10 x 10 tent area) and food trucks are $300 (note: we provide 24 hour electrical with certain amperage/voltage limits). Vendor/Sponsorship application forms can be found on www.toobrokeforsturgis.com
We have various sponsorship levels starting at $100 up to $1250:
$100 (putting up one of your banners in our event area (or 2 for $150). For $100 we can also insert information of your company into our attendee’s handout packet.
$1250(includes admission wristbands, banners, a 10 x 20 booth, name on t-shirts and other media). Sponsorship by donations of goods and or services for our raffle are also appreciated.
We are a non-profit 501(c)4 organization, dedicated to preserving all motorcyclist rights since 1987. This is our main fundraiser of the year and would appreciate your support. ABATE’s efforts help all Arizona motorcyclists!
