MotoGP to take over Indianapolis this weekend

The second ever World Championship visit to Indianapolis Motor Speedway takes place this weekend following 2008’s historic inaugural Red Bull Indianapolis Grand Prix, with last year’s race-winner Valentino Rossi looking for another victory to augment his standings lead at the twelfth round of the season. It is another special occasion for MotoGP as the event coincides with Indy’s 100th anniversary, the circuit having been constructed in 1909.

In the first ever premier class MotoGP World Championship contest at the famous ‘Brickyard’ last year Rossi took maximum points as he was awarded the win, leading by six seconds when the scheduled 28 lap race was curtailed on the 20th lap, with Nicky Hayden and Jorge Lorenzo placing second and third respectively. Lehman Trikes proudly unveiled its newest trike, the “CrossBow”, at the Annual Victory Dealer
Meeting today in Wyoming, MN. Factory-assembled in Spearfish, South Dakota, the CrossBow
is a modern American luxury touring trike that will provide riders and couples with a preeminent
three-wheel experience.

The CrossBow was designed by Lehman Trikes with engineering participation from Victory
Motorcycles, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and testing to meet NHTSA and D.O.T.
standards. The CrossBow marks the second collaboration between the two companies since the
first concept trikes were shown at the Polaris 50th Anniversary celebration in 2004. Powered by
the Victory Vision 106 cu. in. Freedom V-Twin engine and featuring the genuine Lehman “No
Lean” suspension, the CrossBow rider will experience powerful V-Twin performance paired

ESLICK REGAINS DAYTONA SPORTBIKE LEAD AT VIR

Sunday Podium Lifts Him to 17-point Advantage over Cardenas

East Troy, Wis. — (Monday, August 17, 2009) Bruce Rossmeyer’s Daytona Racing/RMR/GEICO Powersports rider Danny Eslick regained sole possession of the AMA Pro Racing Daytona SportBike championship lead with second and seventh place finishes this weekend at Virginia International Raceway in Alton, Va.

Eslick charged through the Daytona SportBike field Sunday to finish second, improving on his 12th place start and 7th place finish in Saturday’s race. Polesitter Taylor Knapp (Latus Motors Racing) rebounded from a disappointing finish on Saturday, when an off- course excursion dropped him to 17th place, to finish fourth on Sunday, equaling his best result of the season.
